Our Process

Step One

Talk with you regarding your concept, then consult and review plans online. We can craft plans based on your preferences and create a 360-degree view through our CAD program.

Step Two

Sign the contract, make a down payment, and you have the flexibility to change the plan, receive a set of prints, and make modifications as needed.

Step Three

Receive an estimate for the build, along with a detailed contract to source materials and get quotes for heating, plumbing, and electrical work.

Site work and construction begin!
